Access to our interactive codex chambers is restricted exclusively to adults aged 18 years and older. Every registration verifies date of birth on both client and server prior to granting observatory access. If an account is found to belong to a minor, it is permanently closed.

Session Breather Reminders

Time passes quickly when exploring interactive simulations. Every session on Merlin Play Hub includes an active client-side horological timer that checks your elapsed session duration every 15 seconds.

By default, a breather prompt appears every 30 minutes, reminding you to step away from the screen. You can adjust this cadence to 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes inside your Scholar Profile.

Mindful Habits & Self-Check

Browser simulations should always remain a light, unhurried pastime alongside your daily responsibilities. Consider taking a break if you notice any of the following:

• You are extending browser sessions late into the night or skipping rest to continue spinning reels.
• You feel frustrated or restless when a simulation's random number generator goes through a dry spell.
• You are using browser games to avoid work, household commitments, or personal conversations.

Activate an Account Break

If you want to step away from Merlin Play Hub for a fixed period, you can lock your account immediately below. Once confirmed, your session ends right away and your account cannot be accessed or unlocked early until the selected duration expires.
